When you think of kids and cruises, the first line that comes to my mind is Disney Cruise Lines.  So, I was shocked to learn that kids who are not potty-trained are not allowed in the pools on Disney Cruise Lines. They do have a splash park where the wee ones can cool off and enjoy some water fun, but still... After much more research, I learned that there is a CDC (Centers for Disease Control) regulation prohibiting all cruise lines calling at US ports to allow toddlers not potty-trained to swim in the pools.  NOW the Disney Cruise Lines rule made sense.
